Processing time is outrageously long, i have a pretty expensive policy considering the age and size of my dog. I just received a refund for less then half of what i spent. I’m being asked to provide an itemized invoice for injection when the whole appointment was about giving my dog her yearly vaccination (3 shots total and $ 52 not covered). If i take an insurance its to save money and time and at this point its not what is happening with pets best.
My first claim was simply no reimbursed for some odd reasons. It’s impossible to tal to someone over the phone. I’m seriously considering going to competition after less than a year if things are not handled in a timely and more effective manner.
