When I first started using pets best I started with just 2 of my dogs. I was originally very pleased with the experience. As promised Wellness claims were paid promptly with no issues as time went on I’ve added other pets. This year when I submitted my wellness claims for 2 of my dogs one who had his yearly exam shots needed flea and tick treatment and heartworm and got neutered a sizable claim and one over a week later with just her exam and flea tick heartworm a much smaller claim the larger claim has lingered now for weeks when the smaller claim was paid in under a week. Calls to Pet best have proved impossible last night I remained on speaker phone for 2 hours and never got through. When I was finally finally able to get a chat representative there was absolutely nothing she could do I had chatted a week earlier and had the account notated. No results when the representative again told me the account would be notated. I was outraged there is only one reason a larger claim would be ignored when a lesser claim was immediately processed. I am appropriately outraged and offended and I am not an easy to offend person. I am researching other companies now.
