We enrolled in PetsBest after adopting our newest dog in Jan, 2021. We opted for the 90/10, unlimited with $500 deductible. Just 8 short weeks later, he broke his left rear leg, requiring orthopedic surgery, 5 pins, 4 weeks in a cast with multiple bandage changes during the 4 weeks. His policy paid out exactly as described! PetsBest does apply the co-insurance prior to deductible being met, which does make it take longer to reach deductible. I submitted close to 5k in bills and they paid out! It took approximately 30 days, slower than previous pet insurance company, so be patient.....
