Impossible to reach anyone by phone or message. Emails go unanswered for over a week. Every single claim has taken far longer than promised. Each time with an email excuse “at this time...” I don’t buy it. You’ve had over a year to hire people??
I feel stuck because rates are cheapest which you start with a puppy so transferring to another company would be costly.
