Unfortunately, I've had to make quite a few claims with Pets Best for my dog. The good is that they've paid them out... eventually. They are, however, VERY slow to do so, it takes 3-6 weeks to get reimbursed. I also find the claim submitting a bit cumbersome compared to my other dog's pet insurance (who also pays out claims in 1-2 days). If Pets Best can improve the reimbursement procedure and timing I would give them 5 stars.
