I have been very pleased with Pets Best Health Insurance. I was previously with Nationwide, and felt the need to change.
My only issue lately is that it seems to be taking quite some time to get claims processed. My most recent claim was submitted 4/13/21 and on 4/29/21 I had to inquire as to the delay. I hadn’t even received confirmation that they had received my claim, and that is not typical.
I have a giant breed and expenses add up quickly. I would recommend this insurance to anyone with a pet, especially if they own a giant breed.
