I tried several times to call customer service some months ago about a claim and no one ever answered. You claimed I hadn’t paid a bill for my dogs visit to the vet even though the bill showed paid, you still denied it. I forwarded a note from the vet saying it was paid, still no answer from you . I finally mailed you everything I had on the claim and a couple of months later you said you’d finally paid the claim. As of yesterday I still don’t have the funds in my account. I’m hoping this is not going to take months. By the way during this you raised my premium to $159 a month. Now you know why I’m not happy with your company.
