Phone call wait times and processing times are extremely long.
Considering we are over a year into the pandemic, there isn’t much excuse for the long waits.
My other 2 pet insurance policies (with 2 other carriers for different animals) are processing claims within 1-2 days.
Pets best takes > 30 days to process claims, and most likely 6-8 weeks. What’s the hold up??
