Initially there was a misinterpretation regarding my claim---I have both an illness and a wellness policy, and the dental cleaning covered by the wellness policy was denied, probably because it was included in an overall statement with illness claims that I knew would not be covered. A quick e-chat and a review of the claim (which wasn't so quick---about 2 weeks) resolved the issue and I was reimbursed the covered amount for the cleaning. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
