Assuming the payment arrives as promised, I'll say that PB's service is fine, though its premium rise this year was a startling 40% or so. Slightly to soften that sentence I'll add that PB kept a better & more generous account of my deductible than I did. I truly did not expect any direct payment for Nick's latest Sunday 3 a.m. visit to the ER.
