I’ve been a Pet’s Best customer for years.
I’ve been disappointed in the processing time for claims!
It never used to be this way.
When a claim of ours was processed in April you neglected to process a split claim so I had to call Customer service which was a 40 min process to talk w someone!
Now the claim is being processed and date of my dogs appointment was April 14, over 2 months ago!
