I have been satisfied with Pets Best and have 6 dogs covered by insurance. My only issue is the consistent delay in reviewing and paying claims. Although I do get an email that apologizes for the delay itself, it was a financial burden on me to keep forking out money to the ER vet when I knew I'd have 90% of the already-paid invoiced amount being reimbursed to me. It was difficult financially to wait.
