I have been with Pets Best for a long time and plan to remain a loyal customer. However, the rate at which claims are processed has gradually gotten worse over the past few years. I recently was disappointed with paperwork being handled badly with a claim and lots of confusion that should not have happened. Overall I still love the customer service and appreciate the help.
