It took more than two moths to process. You say you couldn’t get the records from the vet but actually I called them and got them in less than 2hours. You confused the claims for my cat and my dog more than once.
I changed insurances because you supposedly cover more than nation wide but these co-pays are a little bit high. Anyway, what actually bothers me is the time you took to actually make a refund.
