Excellent customer service. My only issue is when I submit a claim there is no item that says liver conditions. Then when I submit my receipt I always circle or highlight what item I am claiming then I explain which one in the details section. I cannot get a separate receipt from the vet. And I'm always getting other things while there. Then you send me an explanation stating you do not cover the items of which I was not trying to claim. It's rather annoying! I need a way for your employees to see that and not put through any of the possible wellness items on the same receipt. It also takes a long time and by the time I get a benefit I already need new meds. It's just frustrating about all that. Mostly the items issue.
