Worst customer service! They wouldn't pay for an accident falsely claiming that it was a pre-existing condition. After appealing, they are supposed to return my money and it has been nearly a year. When I appealed, the company had said 60 days to get a response - I called at day 63 since I had not heard anything and the woman that answered was disrespectful besides not providing any information of when I could hear a response. Overall I am really disappointed.
Also, it was impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Really frustrating.
