I was paying Pets Best $43 monthly over a year. My dog had a urinary tract infection in June. We took him to an emergency vet hospital on a weekend because he had blood in his urine.
I paid the vet emergency hospital $904.00. I submitted my first claim which took over 5 weeks and received a denied claim stating that the urinary tract infection was Not covered.
I immediately cancelled the policy.
Pets Best is a scam. They will deny your claims. Don't use them.
