Rec d claim3830720 very timely. On June 28, near holiday weekend and benefits rec d on 7/5/21. However, submitted at the same time, claim 104143016 and it has not been acted on. Both Chanel and Bella Mia s services were on the same vet bill. Odd, one claim completed and now 7/7/21 and have not received any response for Bella Mia s. Thanks
