Pet's Best does not process claims regarding deductibles correctly. They subtract the deductible, and then they charge a co-pay on the same amount that went towards the deductible !!! This added charging on top of the deductible works in their favor to reduce what they should be paying to the insured. An insurance commissioner should review this.
What they should legally be doing is paying the selected benefit percentage (say 80%) of the amount over the deductible to the insured, but they are paying considerably less.
