Overall, we are pleased with PetsBest Insurance. It is difficult to actually talk with a representative; the wait times are pretty long! However, when I spoke with one of your agents yesterday (7-9-21), I found her to be very helpful -- she really went above and beyond to get to the bottom of my questions.
