The claims reimbursement used to be much quicker. Even before COVID, the reimbursement became a month or more. I pay quite a bit for this insurance and am becoming more and more disappointed. I have a large claim now that hasn’t been reimbursement in over a month. I am fortunate enough to where I could pay my charge card off. If I wasn’t capable, I would have paid over $1000.00 in interest. The service definitely needs improvement. Used to love the service.
