The claim was initially submitted on June 8, 2021 and I was told it would take 15-29 days to process. It is July 19, 2021 and I still do not have the funds. Not even a pending payment. I pay my premiums in a timely manner I expect Pet's Best to have a decent service level. It takes an unacceptably long time to speak to customer service. It shouldn't take so long to process a claim and customer service should be much better.
