I like that the coverage is customizable, but processing of claims is slow. Resolution to problems related to my rescue dog’s previous medical took multiple calls and long hold times. He had no known previous because he’s a 1 yr old rescue!! Rates keep increasing (guess that’s normal). Overall I do recommend them all the time.
