When it came to my older claim with my cat Bellamy the contact between representatives was better. But this time for my claim for Eevee this entire process has been a headache with Pets Best. I’m not even sure I want to continue being insured by you guys because I asked for clarification and transparency about information needed by your representatives and it seems like each time was different. With JaymeLin, Kendra and Ana it seemed like they each gave me different information and what was needed. My claim was submitted in early June and it is the end of July and because I asked to let me know what else is needed and wasn’t (So I could reach out to my vet) my claim will take another 20 days to process my
Claim. I am extremely upset with how everything has been dealt, I’m contemplating on whether to continue to insure with Pets Best.
