Pet's Best was truly a unicorn in the pet insurance space when I first got it for my dog 4 years ago. Although it still seems to be a good option relative to others, my premium has increased drastically, each submitted claim takes a long time to process, and some of the reasons items aren't covered is questionable. Overall, I'm glad I have insurance for my dog, but it's not what I originally signed up for.
