I am very pleased with Pet’s Best Health Insurance so far. I recently had a claim on my dog who had to have emergency surgery from ingesting a foreign object. It was easy to file the claim on-line and their response back was quick letting me know I had attached the wrong document. They did however completely explain exactly what I needed so I was able to get the correct document uploaded immediately so the claim process wouldn’t be delayed. Even though the claim decision did take a little longer than I would have liked, they did pay the claim in the amount they said they would and what I was expecting. This insurance has proved to be a financial life saver for our family since this surgery was quite expensive. I would highly recommend this insurance for your pets. It’s affordable and very easy to use.
