I did a lot of research before choosing Pets Best. One of my other dogs had been insured through a different company and we didn't have the best experience. So when it was time to insure Makeda, I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want from an insurance company. I am happy with what they cover, their flexibility with incremental payments, and the ease of submitting a claim. So far my only complaint is that the claims take so long to process. For years I have gotten the response "due to a high level is claims being processed", but it seems to be the case every time. I still have my older dog insured through a company that I am not happy with, because of his pre existing conditions, and my claims through the company I dislike are sooo much faster. I really wish Pets Best was better about this. So far that is my one complaint.
