First they said claims take 30 days to process. Second time we contacted customer service, they said 39 days. And third time, up to 45 days. They keep adding. We’re at day 39 and our claim indeed remains unprocessed (much less refunded). They blame it on the “high volume of new customers”, great, but why not hire more employees and avoid ignoring current loyal customers?
