Customer service is weak or non-existent. Plan to sit on the hold for hours and maybe a human will answer the call. Email is no better. It takes several days to get a response and the response is usually automated. The claims process is not easy to use and slow to process. Submitting receipts for claims is a nightmare. Further, if multiple receipts are included in a claim, it is not easy to see which ones were actually processed. Overall, not satisfied with this company.
