I’m thankful our first claim was approved with no issues. App was easy enough to provide details and upload docs. However, it took a really long time (over 40 days) with minimal details or updates. The app could provide more around details on what’s being done which may prevent people from calling. Hoping if we have another claim is completed sooner. Still waiting for the funds to show. Says to give it 5-7 days. More waiting lol. At least the monthly fees are affordable.
