Pets Best could have been a little more communicative throughout the claims process, since it is about a 30 day wait time for submissions to be processed. Hearing from them 1x/week, even if just to say "we are still reviewing and need more time etc.." would be reassuring.
However, ultimately the coverage is great and we feel happy knowing issues that come up will be taken care of and supported.
