Every person I have spoken to at Pets Best is delightful and helpful. Pets Best a fairly good job being clear on coverage and following through with that coverage. My only issue is how long it takes for a claim to be processed typically. Their times are very long and a year and a half into the pandemic, I wish they would stop using it as an excuse and properly staff their teams.
