I love this insurance company however I gave it 4 stars because of the amount of time it takes for reimbursement and the app. It takes nearly 2 months at times from the date I submit my claim to receive my reimbursement. There is also no place on the app that tells you how much of your deductible remains for the year. Other than that the coverage is great.
