There is long delay to process claims, however, I believe like every other company out there it's hard to hire and retain staff, including my own company. At least they sent emails acknowledging they are not meeting their processing goals When following up with the company about processing delay on phone the person was professional and courteous. In addition, they were processed when she committed a date.
