I have had Pet's Best insurance for almost 14 years now, and have been satisfied with their reimbursement percentages. They always explain fully what is, or is not, covered. Due to Covid restrictions and possibly being short-staffed, they've explained any delays. I would recommend them highly to any pet parent looking to ensure their furry children.
