Wow. This is the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. From enrolling-it was a nightmare and took several calls to get the correct pets/plans to the claim process which takes entirely too long. If you can’t process my claim within a calendar month, do not ask me for next months payment until you finish your part. If you can’t process a simple claim within 30 days-you need to hire more people. Can’t find more people-thats a sign you need to pay your employees more.
I can’t wait to leave this insurance plan at the end of the year bc it’s a living nightmare.
