Excellent coverage for the premiums paid. Takes too long to receive reimbursement for when the pet owner must pay the medical bills. 40 days to receive reimbursement. System works better if you have Care Credit to pay the Vet bill because you are borrowing the money interest free for 6 months as long as you make minimum monthly payments. You can then payoff the Care Credit with the reimbursement money received from Pets Best.
