I thought there was a $150
dental allowance but I must be wrong. I didn't get it
She had 2 extractions that were not covered. The monthly premium far surpasses the reimbursement. I am considering canceling. Just paying out of pocket is much cheaper. I didn't expect this. Also it took way to long to process claims
