I am very happy with Pets Best! The only negative that I have had so far is the turn around time for the refund (3-4 weeks). Other than that, it is reassuring to know that anytime my pets may need something, I don’t have to hesitate when making the financial decision because the money will make its way back to me. We recently lost one of our pets and Best Pets went off of the receipt that I submitted for the claim, saw he was cremated, went ahead and changed our insurance and refunded us additionally for the insurance we’ve paid for him since he’s passed away. All without even a conversation! The submission process is very convenient and they always provide a detailed email explaining every calculation.
