Pet's best is a worthwhile investment. We have gotten great value out of their services. My loss of one star if for their refusal to cover pre-existing conditions. I insured my fur babies as kittens, so I have not run into issues with this limitation myself, but many friends to whom I've enthusiastically recommended Pet's Best have chosen to not sign up because of this. I realize it's a widespread practice but it's a bad one, and should end both in pet coverage and in people insurance coverage. Generally, though, we really like our coverage! Customer service has been good and most claims are covered. Lately things are a bit slow but we do eventually get our reimbursement. If you're on the fence and your pets are young, i'd suggest signing up!
