The insurance is solid and worth the price with a brand new dog (puppy). The only frustrating part is the processing time. I typically upload EVERYTHING I receive from the vet: invoice, medical synopsis, pictures, lab results, etc. I feel like the processors have all the information needed to make a determination. Yet, most of our claims take more than four weeks to process.
It would be nice to get some communication that said SPECIFICALLY why it’s taking so long. Instead, we receive the same generic email every time.
