The staff is friendly and Pets Best plans are better than others but recently I had my first ever claim and it took a very long time to get reimbursed. It was over 6 weeks to get my claim processed even though I provided the documents required right away. My vet also responded quickly with the additional information but it still took a long time. The online status of my claim also did not show up correctly the entire time.
