The claim I felt was handled correctly and fairly. The explanation of benefits are in line with my expectations for what we contracted.
I was pleasantly surprised that it was one week (10/13 to 10/20) for the claim to be reviewed and a check sent. This is a vast improvement over previous claims that took a month turn around. Well done.
