I can’t complain about coverage, however processing/reimbursement time is way too long at this point are used to wait maybe only two weeks maximum now it’s well over a month. If you want to make sure you keep customers you have to be timely in all aspects of claims. I pay my premium on time every month without delay but your reimbursements are taking way too long you’re going to lose a customer if this continues
