I am torn on this review. The insurance itself is excellent. My cat had an undiagnosed tumor and Pets Best covered 90% of the cost (after my deductible). This gave me the chance to have all the diagnostic tests run to treat her condition without a financial disaster. they approved my claim without having to fight for it (unlike health insurance for humans).
BUT...it took me over a month for my claim to be processed. When you have $1,300 in vet bills that you have to pay up front, waiting that long for a reimbursement is not okay.
