I have been a customer for years- originally I really was pleased with how they paid for my dogs medical needs. Lately the claims are taking 30-45 days to reimburse. The premium for my older dog is $160 a month. I just feel frustrated with how much it was raised and the length of time to get reimbursed. I have referred many friends to this company but caution them now on how much the premiums are.
I have 6 animals on the insurance plan. Hoping things will get better with this company
