I do like Pets Best insurance, but there are improvements that could be made.
1. I don’t understand why you won’t cover prescription food.. it’s A NEED for my dog with diabetes.. Maybe not cover 90% but even 25% would help.
2. Refunds to claims seem to take an extremely long time.. sometimes months!
That needs to be addressed..
