I’m in the middle. Signing up for insurance was an easy process.
The claim submission process has been pretty easy. The app and website are very user friendly.
I have submitted 2 claims. The most recent claim was processed in a VERY TIMELY MANNER. My second claim still shows as being processed and I have not received any communication on the status of the claims.
The process of my second claim is my only downfall and disappointment thus far.
