Before covid, they were very quick. Now, it’s a while longer, but it still comes. I sometimes have to explain why things should be covered, how it relates to covered illnesses, but they usually cover everything I think they should. The cost per month has not increased much over five years. They’ve never been rude. I am a vet tech and I honestly recommend PetsBest to clients pretty often.
