Very disappointed with PetsBest. Our Shepherd Bo had major neuter surgery due a abdominal Cryptorchid (one of his testicals did not drop and the surgeon had had to open up his abdomen to retrieve it, similar to a C section on a female). Petsbest did not cover the Catheter, IV fluids, EKG, Cryptorchid, anesthesia, etc.
So, we came out of pocket an additional $320 after the deductible.
This was not your typical Neuter.
Doubt we will renew with Petsbest.
